Apple Cider Vinegar…gets rid of pimples, age spots and more!!

i heard “Heinz” Apple Cider Vinegar is not good for your putting on your face because it’s pH is to acidic. It’s better to use organic ACV

apple cider vinegar is good topically and as a drink (with 8 oz water).
acne is systemic, drink lots of green juice for beautiful skin.

yes it does the recomended amout is 2 Tspones in a cup of warm (not hot) water per day and u will get results : ). btw: another tip 4 weight loss drink A LOT of water because the more water you drink the less water you store. Hope it helps!

LOL @ friendly ants in Canada. I’m from NY and we have the nice ants there and the fire ants down here in MS. I haven’t been bit yet though.
