I started taking astaxanthin because I’m extremely sensitive to the sun. Since I’ve been taking it I don’t get sun rashes anymore and don’t burn as easily (I still do wear sunscreen everyday as well). If I start to get a sunburn, within hours it will turn into a tan.

wan, are you familiar with dr patrick flanagan’s megahydrin? he says it’s the most powerful antioxidant. from what i remember, it’s basically stabilized, negatively charged hydrogen. how does it compare to astaxanthin?
