I used to break out in body acne on my legs. . . after a while it went away on it’s own, but then always came back. My dad is a doctor, but he does a lot of dermatology, too. . . and he told me to put vinegar on my acne and it literally went away within the next two days. It works WAY, WAY better when you use it on your skin. Plus, obviously it’s going to not be as good to have to drink that. One time when I was at a camp a girl drank that and threw up in the tent. Not good. . . but hey, be creative!

Just spread it on your acne areas. You can put a small amount in a teaspoon and use your finger to spread it on. You can leave it on for an hour if you like!

yea i switched to the organic braggs. . . taste better and has more of a health benefit than reg supermarket brands.

Yes, get the organic vinegar with ‘mother’. Mother is the cloudy stuff. It looks bad, but it’s loaded with nutrients. Same goes for honey. You want the raw, oragnic honey that is cloudy, not clear.

Sorry, but heat is actually a bad idea as it kills the good properties of the vinegar. This goes double for honey — do not heat it!

You should use the organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Braggs is the best. But, this version would still work. However, if you do see the cloudy version. . . GET IT!!!

You can laugh, but actually urine is relatively acidic and probably would work in a similar fashion, although you would have to live the rest of your life knowing you put urine on your face.

The best way to get rid of acne safely and naturally is urine.
Get someone in your family to urinate on your face (in the shower or tub of course), but if you can’t find someone to do it for you, pee into your own hands and rub it all over your face. It works wonders, and saves having to use harsh chemicals like benzoyl peroxide or potentially life threatening drugs like acutane.
If nobody will do it for you, just scoop it out of the toilet when they forget to flush
