One of the things you can do is avoid wearing form fitting outfits since this trap heat in the body. Avoid wearing clothes that will make you sweat heavily and if you have been sweating a lot, change into fresh clothes. Headgear such as helmets, caps and tight collared clothes should be avoided.
Drinking tea that has been made from cleavers tincture and nettles, can work to combat acne. Again, drinking wheat grass juice regularly can help to clear away acne.
Radish seeds which have been crushed and mixed with water can be applied on the skin to help clear blackheads. Sandalwood can also be crushed together with rose water and applied on the skin. Leave to dry on the skin for half an hour then wash. Seasame seeds ground together with water is a good remedy for acne inflammation.
Nutmeg is an effective cure for acne. Crush the nutmeg and mix it together with milk which has not been boiled. Then apply directly to the affected area. Leave on the face for about two hours before washing it off. This should help in clearing away your pimples without leaving you scarred.
Grate potatoes and apply the paste on your skin. This will clear blackheads and white heads from your skin
Fresh mint juice can be applied on the pimples daily at night before going to sleep. This will effectively cure you from blackheads if you use it consistently.
Lime juice can also be mixed together with groundnut. Mix I tablespoon of lime juice with one tablespoon of groundnuts and blend together. Applying this on the skin will prevent the formation of blackheads on your face.
Lime juice mixed together with boiled milk makes a good facial wash for clearing blackheads from the skin.
Mix turmeric powder together with mint juice and apply to affected area. Clean your face after half an hour with warm water.
Neem leaves and turmeric powder can also be used to make a paste which can be used on the acne wounds. Leave on the wound for half an hour then wash off with warm water.
Fresh method leaves which have been squeezed and applied directly to the acne for a period of about two weeks every night, will remove blackheads. Leave the juice on the skin for 15 minutes and then wash off with warm water.
Take the peel of an orange and then grind it using a tablespoon of water. Apply the resultant paste on the affected area.
Mixing water and vinegar to a paste and applying to the affected areas will help prevent acne. Rub this paste on the pimples and leave it for 30 minutes. As you can tell, this mixture will sting but it will also help to clear acne from your face.
