Parabens are preservatives for the products but they mimic estrogen levels in the body and this causes hormonal imbalances. I don’t recommend that you use any products that contain parabens because it is not beneficial to the health of your body, internal organs or skin in the long run. Also, propylene glycol negatively effects the liver, heart and central nervous system. When people have acne and breakouts much of the time they need to cleanse and detox organs like the liver, colon and intestinal tract because these things get clogged up and stagnant with negative harmful things. Recently I started using Murad Acne Complex and Iam planning to stick with a good 3 / 4 weeks to obtain good results, I hope. My skin usually does not sensativity but after the experience with the products and skin burns often do not feel completely smooth and soft.
