I use equal parts, every thing to accept a bit ‘of hydrogen peroxide and alcohol, menthol less for cuts and so on. The witch hazel, rose water, tea tree oil or alcohol, menthol, hydrogen peroxide, and 10-15 of aspirin crushed. I mix everything together and use as a toner / treatment of acne. Remember not to put too much alcohol or hydrogen peroxide, let alone the other ingredients. Looks good, but I do not think this is in any way harmful?
