Blackheads can be the nastiest type of pimple you have, they stand out from a mile away and never seem to want to leave you alone. Once you get rid of them two weeks later they turn up again right on the end of your nose. Curing them isn’t as hard as you may think, chances are you may be taking the wrong steps to clear them. Here are a few tips to help clear blackheads forever.1. One reason you might be experiencing blackheads is the fact you have a very harsh skin regime. If you use a lot of exfoliating creams or fragrant soaps then these could be aggravating your skin. It is best to use mild soaps and washes and cut back on anything that may be too harsh.2. Using a blackhead extractor can be quite effective. It works by pulling the trapped sebum and dirt out of the pores, after you do this method you must remember to wet your skin with cold water so your pores close and less sebum can enter the pores again.3. Buy some pore strips, I usually use ones by biore. These strips should be used with caution and not left on your nose for too long as it can strip away the skin too. You can repeat this method no more than once a week.4. Benzoyl peroxide is a acne solution that has been praised for it’s effective ability to clear acne, the good news is that it works on blackheads too. Simply add the solution to your nose before you go to sleep and when you wake up you should see a big improvement. There are also cautionary measures to take, only use it on the area you suffer from blackheads and only once a day.5. Add exfoliation to your skin regime if you don’t already, buy a mild exfoliating cream which will not damage your skin too much or aggravate your oil production. Only exfoliate for 30 seconds at a time, rubbing gentle in circles into your skin.

I am 33 years old and I have blackheads on my nose and cheeks more than I did when I was a teenager. I have tried all of the products with the benzoyl 1% stuff. I have tried the nose strips by Biore’. Is there anything else left to try? They are so unattractive and I feel like they can be seen across the room. Please help.
