I’ve already tried Cetaphil and Neutrogena facial cleansers. They cleared my skin at first but then after a few weeks of use my acne appeared to be getting worse. The Neutrogena was also supposed to get rid of blackheads put it only made them appear on the sides on my nose. I’m wondering if there are other ways to get rid of acne other than using soap or ointment. And ways that will not dry my skin anymore. Thanks so much!:)
