I have acne scars on my forehead and get really shiny in my t-zone. What’s the best foundation and or concealer that works for that?? Is something that is matte going to work best?? Thanks soo much!

I have normal skin, not oily, not dry and I get a few pimples now and then. I do have a few acne scars on my cheeks though, not a lot but a a few that I want to hide. I’m looking for a foundation/ concealer that will help me cover them up and it has to be drug store brand please, I can’t afford to get the MAC or other expensive brands out there. Thanks
