I have mild scars from acne. I also have uneven/blotchy red skin. I was thinking about microdermabrasion but am unsure if it’s right for me. If they suggested a peel or that I would need 6 sessions of dermabrasion..how would I know if they were lying to me?

I’m afraid they are going to try to rip me of and make me go for something more expensive that’s not needed.

Any tips? I’ve never been to a place like that and I dont know what to expect.

i have acne scars from when i was younger, and i was wondering if there are anyways to get rid of them ( i have red spots that are not acne, their just red spots, and small depressions that are really noticeable when i try to cover them)

i have an acne scar going across my forehead. i don’t want to go to a dermatologist and i was wondering if anyone has any effective home remedy’s that they could share with me.

I will definitely consider laser in the near future, but as of now, are there any topical or over-the-counter pills/creams/etc that could get rid of acne scars? How good are they compared to laser?

Also, how much does laser cost to get rid of all the acne scars in general? I just have a handful of them on my cheekbones

i have really oily skin and i get sooooo many black heads ! they are like all over my face, how can i avoid getting them and how can i remove them ? please give me some tips and btw. my skin is kinda pale so you can see the blackheads alot :/ :{ it’s really embarrising

At 24 years old Ive developed severe acne localized in a small area on my forehead. It may be some kind of bacterial infection, but that’s not what’s bothering me. It’s leaving behind very dark scars, and it looks terrible. Is there any way to get rid of these w/o surgery?

Also, I’m an African-American, so the scars are VERY dark. Some of them are beginning to lighten, but there’s so many scars that it would take years to look normal again.
