How To Treat Acne Naturally At Home

Tuesday, January 31st, 2012

Click Here: getridofacne-naturally.weebly.com Acne is a very common disease of the skin that is caused by the inflammation of the sebaceous glands and the hair follicles. The lesions are mainly found on the skin of the face, neck, chest and shoulders. Nearly six out of ten people, aged between 12 and 24 years suffer from acne. Usually this disease is a major cause of social embarrassment, as it occurs at an age when children begin to become very sensitive about their physical appearance. Causes of Acne: Hormones play a key role in the appearance of the disorder. It seems that there is an increased secretion of androgens in acne sufferers and it is a known fact that androgens stimulate the production of sebum by the sebaceous glands. This correlation between hormonal changes and the onset of this condition is proved by the fact that the problem appears mainly during adolescence, a phase of life when the person goes through a complete mental and physical transformation. The overproduction of sebum (seborrhea) is of great importance, since sebum contains comedogenic substances (fatty acids) capable of causing the appearance of pimples. Under normal conditions, the sebum produced by the sebaceous glands acts as a shield against bacteria and parasites in general. In those predisposed to acne however, the sebaceous glands show an increased activity that can cause the appearance of this skin disease. There are also indications that psychological factors may cause this disorder

Sunlight is great. Clean hands and tools :D The other ingredients (like aloe vera and ice cubes ) are optional :) Note: When you are extracting, you don’t want to poke/point the blackhead remover straight down on your face until it looks like you’re about to drill a hole. Try to keep it parallel and go upwards only when you need to. Damn I forgot to mention this in my video :P

Acne Home Cures || Acne Home Cures Tips | Acne Home Cures Guide!

www.JoshGuide.com Home Remedies to Cure Acne Acne is typically treated using commercial topical creams, toners and lotions that contain chemical ingredients that can irritate and damage the skin over time. Although these products may work, they usually contain harsh substances that are overly drying or inflaming to the skin. There are a few natural remedies for treating acne that will clear skin without damaging it. 1. Castor Oil Non-comedogenic oils (oils that don’t clog the pores) like castor oil can help reduce acne breakouts and maintain clear skin by flushing out toxins. Using oil to cleanse your skin may feel strange at first, but it actually reduces the amount of oil that your skin produces, thereby reducing the amount of acne. Pour about 1 tbsp. of castor oil into your hands and massage it onto your face for one to two minutes. Lay a hot towel over your face to let the steam open up your pores and release trapped oils and impurities. After the towel cools, wipe away any remaining oil. 2. Lemon Juice Lemon juice is highly acidic and can gently remove dead skin cells and dirt. When the dead skin cells are removed, your pores can remain unclogged and new skin can come through. This can significantly reduce the frequency of acne breakout. Lemon juice can be used undiluted on your skin as much as three times per day. Simply soak a cotton pad in lemon juice and gently wipe it around your face after washing. Let the lemon juice dry on your skin. 3. Calamine Lotion

Dead Sea Clay / Mud Mask ~ Time to Detox ~ (at home skin care)

Thursday, July 14th, 2011

Try to spend around $5 or less on Dead Sea clay. It’s one of nature’s little miracles :D Ok, so here is the link to the eBay seller I used to purchase the clay (top link). They don’t have a ton of feedback, but my experience was great and they seem like a good new company. cgi.ebay.com cgi.ebay.com (The second link is from a US based company in Missouri, so shipping will be faster, but you will end up paying about $3 more.) I recommend just going with the company in Israel…so you guarantee that you are getting the authentic stuff :D :D If you order from either of them, tell me how your experience was after you receive the item :D And DEFINITELY tell me how you get along with the actual use of the mask :D Thanks so much for watching (as always). :D -Michael www.twitter.com *uhhh, I am not sure if this needs an FTC message or not. If so, blah blah blah…all the usual things apply. The dead sea is not promoting this video, paying, etc. I have my own, thoroughly developed thoughts on the dead sea that are not influenced by the sea itself.
