The Natural Face-Lift, Linda Burnham, ND Want to transform your skin! Every cell in the body has a life cycle, and our skin cells are recreated every 14-21 days. Each mask is a “skin snack” designed to address different factors promoting cellular regeneration. As a general rule, leave these natural snacks on the face for 20 minutes. This amount of time will provide the necessary physical contact as well as the energetic exchange that will be most beneficial to your complexion. Before applying any facial mask, gently cleanse your skin. Honey facts: ….the treasure of honey is not in its delectable sweetness but in its profound healing benefits that hydrate, nourish, and tighten the skin. Honey hydrates by drawing moisture to the skin. It replenishes and protects the skin’s acid mantle, healing microbrasions from environmental pollutants and the harsh chemicals found in some skin care products. The enzyme rich water content aids the healing of blemishes and blackheads. Nutmeg Gentle exfoliating action pulls out impurities on both physical and psychic levels. The honey and nutmeg mixture removes dead skin cells, cleans and refines pores, relieves scarring, and tightens small lines. Exfoliation with this mask is so complete and gentle that your skin will feel as silky as a baby’s bottom. Cream These enzymes digest the dead outer skin cells. Cream acts as an emollient – it nourishes dry skin, softens wind-burned skin, regenerates sun-baked skin, and rejuvenates debilitated

Excuse my face without make up, and also my really bad eye bags. Lol! But I hope you guys like this tutorial, I will definitely keep doing this (the treatment to my face). I have researched this and apparently it has worked for them! I hope it works for us too ey! :) It’s safe, easy, and natural! Some of you have asked what my remedy is for acne, i don’t have one, but i researched this! so there you go. Ahihi For Dry Skin: You can use the yolk instead with a little bit of Honey! :) Fun Fact! Egg Whites are used for oily skin, as it eliminates it and also helps with blackheads, therefore minimizing the chances of acne! It firms up your face, by tightening up the pores and smoothen it more! Lemon as you would already probably know serves as a bleach which is good for acne scars and blemishes. You can use calamansi too! Egg Yolk naturally moisturizes dry skin. :) Honey, is a natural humectant which means it has an ability to attract moisture and hold it, it maintains skin suppleness and elasticity.

Dead Sea Clay / Mud Mask ~ Time to Detox ~ (at home skin care)

Thursday, July 14th, 2011

Try to spend around $5 or less on Dead Sea clay. It’s one of nature’s little miracles :D Ok, so here is the link to the eBay seller I used to purchase the clay (top link). They don’t have a ton of feedback, but my experience was great and they seem like a good new company. cgi.ebay.com cgi.ebay.com (The second link is from a US based company in Missouri, so shipping will be faster, but you will end up paying about $3 more.) I recommend just going with the company in Israel…so you guarantee that you are getting the authentic stuff :D :D If you order from either of them, tell me how your experience was after you receive the item :D And DEFINITELY tell me how you get along with the actual use of the mask :D Thanks so much for watching (as always). :D -Michael www.twitter.com *uhhh, I am not sure if this needs an FTC message or not. If so, blah blah blah…all the usual things apply. The dead sea is not promoting this video, paying, etc. I have my own, thoroughly developed thoughts on the dead sea that are not influenced by the sea itself.
