Parabens are preservatives for the products but they mimic estrogen levels in the body and this causes hormonal imbalances. I don’t recommend that you use any products that contain parabens because it is not beneficial to the health of your body, internal organs or skin in the long run. My relative started using ProActiv, and i was amazed at how it worked for her, so i gave it shot too.
Unlike her resutls, My acne just got WORSE with ProActiv and i broke out even more.
i just heard about Murad and was curious to know how it worked for other people who have tried it.
i’d like to hear your feeback.

ok so i have been using murad acne kit thingy and its really been working but ive ran out of the toner.i still have all of the other parts 2 it tho!i have some pro-activ toner.?would that b ok 2 use or do u think im doing to much??just until i can afford to buy some more tho!

I have been using Murad for a while but I’m not very consistent with it. But sometimes I stop using it and I break out waaay more than when I didn’t use it. Then I use the treatment and it all goes away immediately. I sort of feel like the treatment makes my skin dependent on it. Does anyone else have this same problem?
