Stay in that position for a brief period of time – 4 or 5 minutes maximum. You should sweat. Gently “brush” your face with a cloth, but you don’t need to dry your face. After that, add some cooler water to the boiling pot – because now you are going to apply that hot water directly on your blackheads to remove them. Hot is good, but don’t injure yourself – your blackheads all have been exposed to boiling hot steam anyway. Apply the hot water on your blackheads via a cotton pad.
