I recently bought Stridex pads for my acne problem and while they were helping to clear it up, they made my skin extremely dry and chapped, almost to the point where it actually hurts. I already have dry, super sensitive skin to begin with and having acne embarrasses me so much.

What products should I buy? I can’t afford ProActive or any of those things from infomercials. Anything cheap and easy to find in stores like Dollar General, CVS, etc… and that actually works?

I have struggled with facial acne and what’s known as ” back acne” for 5 years. It has really lowered my self esteem and I always feel insecure when I go out or even at home. It’s so bad that when anyone talks to me I turn so red because I feel emberrased. I don’t even have long conversations because I can’t stand it when people stare at me when I talk. I just have a few scars but it bothers me. I wanted to get a laser treatment but they told me that it isnt a big deal and that in time it will fade away. So now I want to know if there is a cream that Dermatologist recommend to use on acne scars?

I have acne scars on my face. I tried Palmer’s Scar Serum but i find it incovenient because if i apply it during daytime, my whole face is very shiny and sticky! and if i apply it during nightime, the formula just sticks all over my pillowcase!

I have been trying to find a good acne treatment. So far, I have tried Lirene, Loreal Pure Zone, Clearasil Ultra, and are trying Exposed Acne Products for the 2nd time. Please provide some answers! Thanks!

I have some acne scars on my cheeks and I just want to get it treated. I tried microdermabrasion and it did not work so laser it is.

I want to find the best Doctor and not someone who will practice on my face.

I used proactive and skin ID for about 6 months each, without realizing the favorable results. I have mild acne, 21 in a healthy diet and exercise 5 days a week. Any suggestions on treatments for acne that work?
