I have a LOT of large pores and a LOT of blackheads. What are the best ways to get rid of blackheads and shrink pores?

I am 17 years old and I have SO many blackheads and large pores on my face. I have very nice skin except for the blackheads and pores. I do have an oily t-zone though. I just need to know how to get rid of blackheads and how to shrink my pores without spending lots of money, and I am all natural so I use Organic and paraben free products only. Any help or advice would be great, thankyou!
