Apply all over face, leave for 20-30 minutes, rinse well. Lemon has an antibacterial and lightening effect, it purifies skin and will remove acne scars/marks. Honey is also antibacterial, yet very moisturizing. – Lemon Toner In a bottle, mix two parts witch hazel to one part lemon juice or lemon essential oil. Shake well, use nightly. Keeps well, store in fridge. – Lemon Bath (for body acne/skin brightening) Slice one whole lemon and add to a hot bath. Soak for half an hour. im a 14 year old girl and suffer from previous acne scars and breakout. i have tried proactiv and many other products but it has made my skin very dry. i have tried all sorts of homemade facials to either lighten my scars or get rid of my acne, unfortunately none has worked. if anyone has good suggestions i would be more then grateful.
