Acne Sufferer Finally Reveals bit.ly What Causes Acne? And more importantly, how do I get rid of it? All types of acne — blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, and cysts — develop when pores in our skin become clogged. The culprit is sebum [see-bum], an oil in our skin. Our bodies make more sebum when our hormones surge. This is why teens get acne. This is why women often breakout before their periods. Since hormones fluctuate in the years leading up to menopause, many women in their 40s and 50s get acne.
I have a case of blackheads. I wash my face everyday twice a day and nothing seams to get rid of them. What do you suggest?
what would i do with the baking soda?
anyone else
?
I have tried Cocoa Butter, Bio Oil, Emu Oil and Derma E Scar Gel. I tried them all separately but each time I tried one it would break out my skin with acne. what are my other options that will not break out my skin?
im in the 9th grade and i’ve had mild acne for about 3 years already. i have tried most products such as clean and clear and over the counter products such as proactive. when i used these products with benzoyl peroxide i would get red bumps on my face and it wouldnt go away until after a week. i was wondering what or which brand of skin care poducts i could use for those who have sensitive skin. i trust neutrogena, it makes my skin very soft and clean, but i dont want to use any acne treatment kits. if you have some products to recommend to me that would be great, i have tried almost everything and im tired of looking through new products that might not even improve my skin. Thanks=]
I have mild scars from acne. I also have uneven/blotchy red skin. I was thinking about microdermabrasion but am unsure if it’s right for me. If they suggested a peel or that I would need 6 sessions of dermabrasion..how would I know if they were lying to me?
I’m afraid they are going to try to rip me of and make me go for something more expensive that’s not needed.
Any tips? I’ve never been to a place like that and I dont know what to expect.
i HAD LOTS(face filled) acne but they are quickly disappearing. even though i dont have much left, i still look like i do because of my red acne scars.
what product worked best for you?
something cheap../non-expensive…?

RANDOM>>i feel kinda offended that this question is supposed to fit under “DISEASES&conditions” ha!
kay so i use this spot treatment (10%) benzoyle peroxide) with tea tree oil on top (100%) it has a very bad stinging/burning effect (depending on how much tea tree i put) it’s intense. but it goes away after a couple minutes (goes down i should say) is this making my acne worse or is it helping me?
ps i dont have sensitive skin usually. all acne treatments burn right
