I’ve got a few small reddish acne scars on my face from where I have popped spots and I can’t seem to get rid of them with normal facewash. Preferably not oily stuff as I don’t want more spots. Please advise!

I wash my face twice a day but i stillI have lots of blackheads on my face. It’s a kind of acne also known as open comedomes or something. I’ve been thinking of just getting medical facials but would photodynamic therapy work better? If you have had a medical facial or this PDT aka blue light therapy, please let me know. Thanks.
