Ask me a question here! www.highonhealth.org I’ve got a bit of a problem that I need your help with. I keep getting told by my friends that I need to be doing more exercise! And well, it’s true …I do. But what!? The idea of the gym BORES me. I love rollerblading but it’s too hot in the day so only got a couple of times a week. Yoga is awesome but let’s face it ..it’s not really getting my heart rate up. And cycling is nudging its way into my routine but I refuse to wear lycra and it does hurt my bum a little!!!!

Please comment on my blog! www.highonhealth.org I’ve been trialing both salt and honey as a cleanser. I used sea salt and then honey to see how my skin would react. Sea salt is a great exfoliant but can be quite alkaline which you need to watch out for. Honey is GREAT and definitely my favorite. It has an acid pH so great for keeping the acid mantle acid, which is what it’s supposed to be.
